CHARTER'S ITINERARY

SATURDAY
Embarking in the late afternoon in Lavrio, which is accessible by bus from Athens International Airport. Accommodation in your cabins then, all together we will go to buy food in the supermarket. In the evening, we go out for dinner in a typical greek restaurant.

SUNDAY
The first sailing will be easy, with wind in the beam to reach Kythnos. Kythnos is an undeveloped island by foreign tourists but greatly appreciated by the Greeks; It has a barren, rocky land and the distinction of having the hot springs.
We will anchor in the bay of Kolona, located in the northwest side of the island, which is famous for a thin strip of sand that connects Kythnos with the islet of Agios Loukas. It has a special charm due to the golden sands and the fact of seeing the sea and the boats anchored on both sides of the beach.

Relaxing afternoon with the possibility of having a nice walk along the coast of the bay. Night in the bay.

MONDAY
We will sail along the west coast of Kythnos and stop for swimming and lunch in some bay, then a beautiful sailing downwind will take us to Serifos.

Serifos is an island little beaten by tourism and therefore very quiet. It has a rocky coast which creates a succession of coves and secluded beaches and a spectacular Chora.

From the harbour  (Livadi) we will reach the Chora with a walk; a long staircase that arrives in the old town up to the old church which is located at the highest point, from where you can admire a breathtaking view. The laziest can take the bus or taxi!

Dinner in the tavern.

TUESDAY
Today direct upwind sailing towards Syros. We will stop for lunch in a bay on the southwest coast, where we will spend the afternoon relaxing, in the afternoon we will move to Finikas. For those who want to have the possibility to rent a scooter to visit Ermopouli, the capital of Syros and the Cyclades. It 'a real city that hugs the harbor below and where the old town is perched on the mountain, with its hundreds of narrow streets full of cats is a different perspective on the Cyclades.

WEDNESDAY
upwind sailing direct to Kythnos. We will reach the small harbour of Loutra where we will spend the night.

Kythnos has many volcanic activities and in the beach a few meters from the marina there is a sulphurous thermal spring flowing into the sea which creates a small hot pool in which to baths. The locals claim that the sulfur water has many healing properties.
