Our organization: Owners, Builders and Skippers
Walkabout Charter is a skippered charter and cabin charter business based in Greece and Italy. We organize sailing cruises in Greece with our sailboat, the Walkabout. Walkabout is a fast cruising yacht and will surprise you with its excellent sailing performance and spacious interior. It was designed by us and built by our shipyard, WalkaboutYachts. Regular maintenance and checks ensure safe navigation.
We also organize sailing vacations in the tropics. Polynesia, the Maldives, and Thailand are some of our winter destinations. The boats used in the tropics are mostly catamarans.
During our cruises, we aim to provide our guests with a truly maritime experience, allowing them to savor every aspect of a sailing vacation. We explore the most beautiful and remote places. Last but not least, excellent food and the conviviality surrounding it are a key element on our cruises. On “galley and kitchen service” cruises, we will take care of preparing lunches and dinners. Our goal is to make you feel good and forget the problems of life on earth.

Rent our boat with us as skipper, we’ll take you to remote bays with crystal-clear water, and sail among the beautiful islands of Greece.
We’ll take care of the cooking and all the onboard chores. All you have to do is enjoy your vacation.
Not just sailing
We’ve always loved traveling and sailing. That’s why we turned our passion into a profession.
From 1997 to 2001, we sailed around the world on a self-built sailboat, and this experience changed us and our way of sailing.
For us, living on a sailboat means being in touch with the sea and nature, and we love sharing our experiences with our guests.
We’re not racers, but we love gliding over the waves and going fast. We also love cooking—good!
